1、工程板房基礎(chǔ)的水平：在基礎(chǔ)澆注時一定要先測量好水平，基礎(chǔ)澆注完成后，水平誤差控制在10mm以內(nèi)。在與甲方交待時或基礎(chǔ)完工后，要求甲方保證基礎(chǔ)水平面在誤差范圍內(nèi)，否則，影響板房的安裝或安裝后的質(zhì)量，甲方自負。

2、混凝土標(biāo)號：本公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板房基礎(chǔ)為C20。一般情況下內(nèi)無鋼筋，如有地形、地基特殊或板房特殊，以技術(shù)部出圖為準(zhǔn)。

3、工程板房基礎(chǔ)澆注時間：板房的基礎(chǔ)澆注應(yīng)與常規(guī)的混凝土澆注工藝一樣，不可減少工藝程序。在基礎(chǔ)澆注完成到板房安裝之間應(yīng)留有充分的時間，以確保混凝土達到規(guī)定的硬度。

3. Pouring time of the foundation of the Engineering Plank house: the foundation pouring of the board house should be the same as the conventional concrete pouring process, and the process procedure cannot be reduced. 4、工程板房地基要求：為保證安裝工期、安裝質(zhì)量和安裝后整潔美觀，我公司要求甲方在制作基礎(chǔ)的同時，把室內(nèi)地面也一并澆注完成，水平高度與基礎(chǔ)一樣，甲方在板房安裝完成后，再在室內(nèi)鋪地板既方便，又整潔，也不會影響板房的質(zhì)量和外觀。

4. Requirements for the foundation of Engineering Plank house: in order to ensure the installation period, installation quality and neatness and beauty after installation, our company requires Party A to complete the indoor floor at the same time of making the foundation, and the horizontal height is the same as that of the foundation.
