一，地基的硬度

四，底子的澆筑時間

彩鋼活動板房的底子澆筑時間應該和混凝土的澆筑工藝一樣，不能減少工藝順序，在底子澆筑完成和板房裝配之間應該留有充分的時間確保地基達到標準硬度；

五，為了保障裝配工作，裝配的質量和裝配以后整潔美觀，在制造地基的同時，也要把室內(nèi)地面一起澆筑完成，高度和底子一樣，在活動板房裝配完成以后，在室內(nèi)鋪設地磚方便又整潔。不會影響到房子的外觀和質量，室內(nèi)地板的高度應該比底子程度高出50mm,確保雨水不會流入室內(nèi)和地圈梁的堅固水平。
