橘皮

特點：已干燥的表面涂層象橘子皮一樣粗糙，不均勻。

耐溶劑性能差（MEK)

特點： 漆膜不平整，局部露底。

發(fā)生原因：1、邊部面漆未涂上，基板板型不好或涂輥與大背輥間壓力不足。2、板面中間面漆未涂上，底漆冷卻后板面有水或其它異物。

特點：鋼卷卷取后在倉庫存儲時內(nèi)徑變形。

發(fā)生原因： 1、鋼卷卷取后受外力的影響。2、收卷張力不正確。3、荷重不均。

特點：開卷時有輕度剝離，底漆返沾會出現(xiàn)類似小米粒狀顆粒，涂面漆后表面凹凸不平。
