4、全硬彩鋼板:是指硬度在80以上的鍍（鋁）鋅卷或彩鋼板，這類鋼卷材料為G550，全硬鋼卷具有硬度高、成型好等特點(diǎn)，這類產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大多要求出口，厚度多為薄板（0.3mm以下），全硬材料高于正常材料。

Full hard steel coils have the characteristics of high hardness and good forming. Most of the production standards of this type of products require export. 1、彩鋼板在加工過程中，尤其是切割時，要減少切割面上的毛刺。為了去除切割過程中的金屬粉末，我們還需要在其下面放置橡膠墊塊，防止彩鋼板堆疊時損壞表面。
